Plans call for the construction of two data centers. As of November 21, 2022, Microsoft has recently acquired a 21 acre site. The company has submitted a preliminary application to the city. No public hearings have been scheduled at this time. Microsoft plans on using a biofuel-powered microgrid for backup power. No plans for the property have been announced. Information regarding the selection of an architect and general contractor has not been released.
