Window Replacements and Bathroom Modernization

The intended work on this project is to replace windows, or modernization of bathrooms, on inhabited apartments, with Housing Authority personnel with the contractor at all times. The work on window replacements consists of removing the existing windows, ant then furnishing and installing aluminum windows, vinyl blinds, vandal resistant screens, replacing exterior and interior molding, woodwork, etc. Work will also encompass sheetrock, floating,. moldings, painting, etc. The work on modernization of bathrooms consists of removing all electrical and plumbing fixtures, and removal of all wall surfaces and flooring, such that all that remains is the stud walls. Work will also encompass replacing all gypsum board, fixtures, flooring, electrical, etc., including carpentry, and floating and painting of sheetrock, etc.
