RFP Engineering - Red Electric Trail

The City of Portland, Bureau of Parks & Recreation, is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants, hereafter called "Proposer(s)," with demonstrated experience in the design of successful, maintainable, ecologically sensitive regional recreational trails and public spaces, and engagement of the public and City staff representing diverse interests. The City proposes to engage the successful Proposer for the following services: o Professional design services of landscape architecture, planning, civil, structural, electrical, traffic, geotechnical and environmental engineering; o Land use and site development and right-of-way permitting; o Public outreach services; o Project cost estimating, development of phasing and design options for alternative funding scenarios; o Construction document preparation o Coordination with Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT). A large portion of this trail alignment is within PBOT right-of-way. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
