RFP Construction Manager at Risk - Renovations and Additions to the John Davis Recreation Center

Design is to be completed by January 1, 2023 . Construction will commence in the first quarter of 2023 (February/ March) and the project is to be substantially completed by January 1, 2024. The Contract will be actual cost-plus fee not to exceed Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The Project will be open book, all unused contingencies will be returned to the Owner. The forms of agreement will be AIA A133-2019, AIA A133-2019 Exhibit A. & AIA A201-2017 as amended by the Owner. In general, the project includes renovations to the existing 1988 2-story building and demolition and new construction of a new entrance lobby, offices, public restrooms, concessions, pool equipment enclosure, lifeguard/locker room building, a new gymnasium with storage and associated site work.
