Description Design and construction of a maritime warehouse and related maritime improvement, including but not limited to terminal reconstruction and adjacent roadway improvements. Under the overall supervision of the General Manager and in coordination with the Director of Operations & Facilities, the CM shall organize, coordinate and direct the design, engineering, construction and completion of the projects at the Port. The CM will need to provide technical assistance and advisement to achieve a successful project design and plan and to provide inspection services as required to ensure construction compliance to project documents and applicable codes.
