Description

Pre-qualified general contractors (Contractors) to submit bids for the remodel of Oquirrh Hills Middle School located in Riverton, Utah. Project consists of remodeling the kitchen and portions of the adjacent gym for a new kitchen layout and to add a fitness room and toilet rooms. Remodel work is mostly interior, except for a grease interceptor, and includes some structural components for new masonry walls, overhead coiling doors, finishes and related work for mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
