Description

The City of Fort Madison, Fort Madison, Iowa, will accept bids for Marina Improvements - Fuel System in Fort Madison, Iowa. The project consists of complete tank and fuel dispensing system. The project will consist of one prime contract and one bid package Bids shall be for a single contract to complete the Work required and described in the Bidding Documents. The successful Bidder may be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive all informalities in Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn after the Bid deadline for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of Bids.
