A. The Contractor is responsible for all design, labor, and materials required to provide, and install and configure fitness equipment into the new fitness center located in the Center by no later than 90 days following Building Substantial Completion. B. The Contractor shall provide and install commercial grade fitness equipment that is new and unused, to include: I. Cardiovascular equipment to include treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes, and stair climber equipment, etc.; II. Machine weight-training equipment; and III. Free-weight training equipment. C. The City has provided a list of equipment for design purposes of the Center (See Exhibit B – Fitness Center Needs List). The Contractor shall provide an itemized price list (manufacturer, model number, any specifications, manufacturer warranty, and price) for each type of equipment listed, to include: I. (2-3) Treadmills (4x7 each) II. (2) Stationary Bikes (4x6 each) III. (2-3) Elliptical IV. (1) Stair Climber V. (2) Power Rack Platforms (8x10 each) VI. (2) Multi-Functional Flat Benches (8x7 each) VII. (1) Dip Machine (5x3 each) VIII.(2) Multi-Functional Gyms (8x10 each) IX. (1) Preacher/ Arm Curl Bench X. (1) Sled Leg Press Machine XI. (1) Leg Workout Machine(s) XII. (2) Dumbbell sets 5-80 pounds XIII. Medicine balls
