Removal and Installation of New Lockers

The Town of Mount Pleasant (Town) is requesting best value Bids from interested and qualified bidders for the removal and replacement to include installation of the womens and mens lockers at the Towns RL Jones Recreation Center, located at 391 Egypt Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained herein. Price bid shall include all costs, but not limited to, ordering, delivery, shipping, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, permits, taxes, insurance, hardware, clean-up and any other costs incidental or otherwise for the equipment. Delivery terms shall be F.O.B Destination, freight included and added to invoice. Questions Due Date: Jul 20th 2023, 12:00 PM EDT Bonding shall be required if the bid amount is $50,000 or over. Bids shall be submitted electronically on the Bid Form as provided with the Bid Documents. The Bids must be signed by an official authorized to bind the bid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days for acceptance by the Town. Bids must be submitted showing the above bid title as reflected on page one (1) of the solicitation document. This solicitation does not commit the Town to enter into an agreement, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a Bid, to procure or contract for the articles of goods or services. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid, to accept or reject any or all Bids received as a result of this solicitation, to cancel in part or in its entirety this solicitation and to negotiate with any or all responsible Bidders, and to award or refrain from awarding the project to any Bidder, if it is in the best interest to do so
