Trash Out English Woods General Store

Scope of work : Remove and dispose all debris, trash, furniture and equipment including but not limited to walking cooler and counter tops. Liquidated damages : $50.00 per calendar day after the expiration of the contract period. HUD-5370 EZ General Contract Conditions for Small Construction/Development Contracts and Small Purchase Contract General Terms and Conditions are within this Project Manual. All contracts over $100,000.00 require performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract price upon award of contract. All work is subject to Prevailing Wage and payrolls must be submitted. The quote shall include all cost associated to the scope of work, including but not limited to apply, pay for and acquire all necessary permits and inspections unless specifically noted otherwise in the Scope of Work. The dispose shall comply with all local, state and federal regulations that apply. Questions or clarifications shall be asked at the Walk through and will be responded in writing. CMHA reserves the right to reject any proposals deemed by CMHA as not minimally responsive.
