| Description | This project will correct pavement deficiencies that exist on State Routes 199, 209 and 32 in Ulster County. The limits of the project on Routes US 209 and NY 199 are from the Catskill Mountain Railroad crossing to Route 32 (Flatbush Road) and the work on NY Route 32 (Flatbush Road) will be at the interchange at NY Route 199 in the Town of Ulster. The work will primarily consist of milling the existing pavement and filling the roadway back in to the same depth by applying an asphalt overlay to the road surface to extend its service life and improve the quality and safety of the pavement. |
