Prevailing Wage Rates and the City s Equal Opportunity Requirements are applicable to the Contract. The purchaser shall bare all shipping costs or make arrangements to pick up documents. Contract Documents may be reviewed without charge during normal business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm in the Public Works office in its new location at 240 Columbus Ave and various plan rooms requesting documents.
