| Description | Contractor will replace 5 complete exterior doors and frames with all hardware. Specifications: A. Frame to be 16ga, face welded, galvanized, HM masonry frame with sidelight. Prepped for ¼” glass, HM panel and hardware. B. Door to be HM door prep galvanized with polystyrene core. C. Doors and frames to match existing style. 2. Door swing to be reversed on all doors. 3. Contractor to remove all materials. 4. Contractor to ensure building can be secured at the end of each workday. 5. Contractor will check in each day at office before starting work. 6. Contractor will keep work area safe and clean at all times. |
