Cody Auditorium Fire Suppression Project

Work of the Project includes: 1. Verify location and connection to new fire line installed by City of Cody into the building 2. CONTRACTOR to only use scaffolding for work on this project. Manlifts are not allowed in the auditorium. 3. Provide layout, design, permitting, and installing a complete fire suppression system. 4. Includes identifying and designing a system compatible with the type of space and installation. Wet system components can be installed in heated spaces and dry system components in areas not actively heated or as required by NFPA 13 and ICC. 5. Asbestos and lead paint might be encountered during the installation of the components for this project. Contractor shall submit an abatement plan to both the Owner and Engineer, if these items are encountered. * 6. Provide an approved copy of the permit from the Wyoming Department of Fire Prevention and Electrical Safety. *Note: Costs for any Asbestos Abatement or Lead Paint Mitigation work deemed necessary shall be negotiated at the appropriate time.
