Description

The Contractor shall provide to each building covered under this agreement general construction, repair and remodeling services, as needed. Contractor must have an engineer and an architect on staff to include services of building and structure repair, build, repair and remodeling ramps/rails, painting inside and out, roofing, to construct and repair walls, asphalt and repair overlays and potholes, tiling floor and walls, plumbing, electrical, HVAC installation and repairs complete concrete work, cabinet making, welding all construction types of work.
