Contractor Awarded Address: Wareham, MA 02571 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $176,408.00 SOLICITATION: GATE REPLACEMENT AND FENCE INSTALLATION SERVICES AT THE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER (ATCT) FOR NASHVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BNA) IN NASHVILLE, TN. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for gate replacement and fence installation at the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) for Nashville International Airport (BNA) in Nashville, TN as found in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) attached. The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated performance time is 45 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated value of this construction project is $275,000.00 and $375,000.00. This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB). Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a Small Disadvantaged Business in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR. This project is funded by the Bilateral Infrastructure Law (BIL).
