My Health My Resources of Tarrant County (MHMR) is seeking to obtain quotes to cooperative agreements for a roof, gutter, and down spout replacement at 129 Harmon Road, Hurst TX 76053. Work must be complete and invoiced prior to 8/31/2022 Scope of Work: Replacement of roof, gutters, and down spouts. Gutters are recessed + built into the brick. 5,866 Gross Area No core samples. Vendor Quote should include: Estimated Start Date / Construction Schedule. Itemizes Fees as applicable. Price breakdown. Grand Total MHMR Tarrant has purchasing agreements with the entities listed below. These agreements allow MHMR to order goods and services from contracts that have been established by other governmental agencies. When submitting your quote, please indicate if the pricing is from an established contract with one of these entities and include the contract # and information with your quote.
