| Description | Work to be performed under this Contract includes construction of the 2021 Town of Johnstown Old Town Street and Drainage Rehabilitation. Project construction includes but is not limited to: 1. The removal and replacement of N Greeley Ave. from 1st Street to 2nd Street, the alley extending from N Greeley Ave. to N Estes Ave., and N Estes Ave. from Charlotte to N 2nd St., including private improvements, sidewalk, curb and gutter, landscaping, and full width of street paving. 2. Storm drain with associated inlets and junctions on Greeley Ave., The Alley from N Greeley Ave. to N Estes Ave., N Estes Ave., and 1st Place from N Estes Ave. to Columbine Ave. 3. Sanitary sewer main replacement in the alley from N Greeley Ave. to N Estes Ave. and extending into 1st place until an existing manhole approximately 125’ east of the N Estes Ave & N 1st Place intersection, replacement of existing sanitary sewer service connections, and associated manholes. |
