Contract Award Date: Mar 16, 2023 Contract Award Number: 697DCK-23-C-00127 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: F3K2LWVKFLX9 Contractor Awarded Name: STRUCTSURE PROJECTS INC Contractor Awarded Address: Kansas City, MO 64131-4508 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $17,274,518.00 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), EnRoute and Terminal Facilities Program intends to prequalify contractors interested in in receiving the Request for Offer (RF0) to modernize a building recently acquired by the FAA at 3721 Macintosh Drive, Warrenton, VA. The purpose of this Screening Information Request is to request specific information necessary for the FAA to determine which vendors meet the FAA's minimum qualification requirements for this solicitation. The Request for Offer (RFO) Phase II will be issued to the prequalified contractors (short-list) which is limited to the highest final overall scoring six (6) Offerors or fewer (if six contractors do not meet the requirements of the SIR). The Request for Offer (RFO) Phase II will be issued to the prequalified contractors (short-list) in late July 2022. Contract award is anticipated to be made by October 2022. Electronic standard design plans, specifications and other documents will be issued to the prequalified contractors at the RFO stage. The estimated performance time is 365 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction price range is $10,000,000.00 to $20,000,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification Standard is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction - $39.5 million. This procurement is unrestricted and all contractors are encouraged to respond. All documents are attached to this annoucement. NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to this SIR will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTATION: The FAA will consider offerors' submittals to be complete. The FAA will not conduct extensive investigations to resolve any errors or omissions contained in submittals. Your submittals must provide documentation to substantiate any statement of fact. Documentation includes, but is not limited to, formal resumes, licenses, financial statements, work plans, etc. Mere statements of compliance are not acceptable. The FAA reserves the right to downselect contractors immediately following the conclusion of all the evaluations, and is not required to conduct discussions with any Contractors.
