Silverman Hall AV / IT Services

Question Deadline 11/21/2022 at 4:00 PM ET Questions must be EMAILED to arrive Silverman Hall Audio Video (AV) / Information Technology (IT) Upstate is requesting bids from qualified Audio Video (AV) and Information Technology (IT) agencies ("Contractor" or "Bidder") for the provision of AV and IT equipment and components to have state of the art presentation, web conferencing and audio-conferencing capabilities for Silverman Hall. Silverman Hall is currently undergoing a full renovation and construction which is expected to be completed by June 2023. Silverman Hall is approximately 28,000 square feet and is made up of three primary floors and a penthouse. As part of the final months of construction, the prospective Contractor will be required to furnish and install all AV and IT equipment as defined within this IFB. The design and construction allow necessary pathways, mounting surfaces, power, data and voice requirements to have a simplified installation of all AV and IT components. The Contractor would be expected to complete the install in two (2) phases that will allow construction to continue in parallel with the AV and IT install. Phase 1 would capture any necessary planning, procurement of equipment, verification of conduit and cable pathways, installation of cabling and other components that are less likely to be damaged during the final months of construction. The Contractor will need to be able to start this installation in April 2023. Phase 2 would occur after completion of construction and would capture the installation of the AV and IT components and testing of the systems functionality.
