Description

Construct a 1,925 SF prefabricated metal warehouse building at the Joint Regional Water Supply System Bradt Reservoir Site within the City of San Clemente. Project includes approximately 500-ft extension of 480 VAC power and communication wire from the site s Chlorination building to the warehouse location. Electrical improvements also require necessary conduits, cabinets, panel, various fasteners, transformer conversion to 220 and 110 VAC, various 220 and 110 outlets, interior lighting, and exterior lighting. The Furnishing to Said District of All Transportation, Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Services, Permits, Utilities, and Other Items Necessary to Construct Said Work. Accordingly, the Contractor shall possess a valid Class [A] license at the time that Contractor submits its Bid. Construct electrical improvements, including extending electrical power and panel to the building, interior and exterior lighting, electrical receptacles, motor operated overhead doors, and exhaust fans. 10. Regrade and pave site to restore paving and sitework to preconstruction condition and provide access to new building. C. The prefabricated building is to be constructed complete with operating engineered systems, including appurtenant structural, mechanical and/or electrical mountings fittings or connections required for 1.
