Description

Project is located in Navajo County on SR 260 between mileposts 357.60 and 360.80, within the Fort Apache Indian Reservation/White Mountain Apache Tribe lands. The work consists of removing the existing asphaltic concrete by milling and replacing it with a bonded wearing course overlay. The project also includes spot repair, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous work. This project is located on a Native American Reservation, in the Fort Apache Indian Reservation/White Mountain Apache Tribe lands area, which may subject the contractor to the laws and regulations of the Fort Apache Indian Reservation/White Mountain Apache Tribe lands and its TERO office. Contractors are advised to make themselves aware of any taxes, fees or any conditions that may be imposed by the Fort Apache Indian Reservation/White Mountain Apache Tribe lands on work performed on the Reservation.
