Sr 3002-d01/t-382: From a Point Approximately 3.20 Miles From Newton Township to the West at Station 24+51.75 Along Sr 3002 and Township Road 382 (Milwaukee Road) Ransom Township, Lackawanna County to a Point Approximately 4.50 Miles From Taylor Borough to the East at Station 28+40.60 With a Total Work Area Length of 344.25 Feet (0.065 Miles).
