| Description | Design and create a new and prominent holiday lighting display on the Flagler Beach Municipal Pier and attached A-frame structure. Respondents shall have documented successful experience in providing professional level holiday light displays. Proposers should have an established reputation and documented successful experience in providing commercial grade outdoor holiday light displays that can withstand the harsh elements within proximity of the installation. Proposers will be responsible for creating and adhering to project schedules and completing all work within quoted project budgets and project timelines. |
