| Description | Contractor shall furnish all parts, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision and management necessary to perform monthly elevator inspection, preventative maintenance and repair services as needed for the City of Lauderhill. Current elevator locations are as listed in the attachments. Service to be provided shall be all-inclusive to include, but not limited to, inspections, examinations, lubrication, testing, cleaning, adjusting, parts or component replacements, and all minor and major repairs to keep elevators in continuous use at their established capacity and efficiency and for their intended purpose. Additionally, elevator hoistways and pits shall be inspected and cleaned as needed. |
