| Description | The Base Bid work at Youngsville Elementary School will require the removal of the existing skylight panels and canopy barrel roof panels down to the existing curbs and support framing and the recovering of these skylight areas and canopy roofs with a new 24 gage standing seam metal roofing system with a 20-year NDL manufacturer's warranty, approximately 5,748 s.f. (flat projection). The interior of the skylight areas shall receive a new acoustical tile ceiling with 6" fiberglass batt insulation on top. |
