Bear Valley Elementary School Repairs

A) Provide all materials, labor, equipment and supervision as required to complete repairs, mitigation and improvements as indicated in the project documents. Bear Valley Elementary School is located at 15001 Mountain Air Drive, Anchorage, Alaska 99516. B) Construction: Provide all materials, labor, equipment, testing, tools and supervision as required to properly complete earthquake repairs, mitigation and improvements as indicated in the project documents. Entirety of work, including additive alternates, includes, but is not limited to: 1. Gypsum wallboard (GWB), ceramic tile and cement masonry unit (cmu) interior wall crack repairs. 2. Exterior wall crack repairs 3. Suspended acoustic ceiling replacement 4. Light fixtures repairs, relocation, and/or replacement. 5. Exterior sidewalk repairs and replacement. 6. Casework repairs. 7. Plastic laminate (PLam) countertop repairs. 8. Floor crack repairs: Includes concrete repairs under existing finish floors. Finish floors include, but are not limited to terrazzo, vinyl composition tile (vct), carpet and ceramic tile. 9. Exterior fixture repair/replacement. 10. Operable partition repair and replacement.11. Mechanical and Electrical repairs, and seismic improvements.
