Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. Flood Elimination/Roofs/Parapets/Exterior Masonry/Windows LLW NO. 127189 - FLOOD ELIMINATION LLW NO. 127190 - ROOFS LLW NO. 127191 - PARAPETS LLW NO. 127192 - EXTERIOR MASONRY LLW NO. 128391 - WINDOWS All questions by prospective bidders concerning this solicitation should be directed, in writing at least three (3) business days prior to the originally scheduled, or, if applicable, postponed bid opening date to Donna Hendricks at E-mail: dhendricks@nycsca.org and Phone Number: (718) 472 8823. The SCA has determined that the work under this solicitation involves HVAC, Plumbing and Gas Fitting and Electrical Work. All proposed Wicks trade subcontractors must be prequalified by the SCA. In connection with its Bid, the Contractor provided an appropriate bid bond/certified check, in the amount of five (5%) percent of its Bid Amount. Performance Period: 730 Continuous Calendar Days (See Page CC-3 and Appendix B) Liquidated Damages: Three Thousand ($3000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day The SCA reserves the right to reject any bid if the information required by the SCA is not submitted as required or if the information submitted fails to satisfy the SCA that the Bidder is responsible, or is able or qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract, or to complete the Work as contemplated.
