Determine the condition and full extent ofrepairsto the existing water service boxes for each building located within the project limits. This applies only to projects involving sidewalk or curb replacement, and trenchless water main contracts. Mail the sealed proposals to Room 10, City Hall, Buffalo, New York, 14202 with ATTN to the Commissioner of Public Works, Parks and Streets. Bidders should allow for delivery before the bid opening (highly encouraged to schedule for delivery on or prior to Tuesday, October 11,2022). It is also highly encouraged that bidders track delivery of their mailed proposals and use appropriate priority mail as necessary. City of Buffalo staff is available to accept deliveries on standard business days Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A meeting invitation will be sent prior to the bid opening to all that requested to be added. A meeting invitation will be sent by Wednesday September 28, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. to all that have requested to be added. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held to familiarize each Prospective Bidder with the scope of work and to field any questions the bidders may have. The Pre-Bid Conference will be informal only and will in no way negate the requirements associated with the interpretation of the Contract Documents. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
