Description

The primary scope of work is to develop construction documents that guide necessary improvements to Midland Avenue to maximize pedestrian space, improve public spaces, and provide vibrancy while at the same time addressing needed improvements to underground utilities, surface areas, and vegetated and roadway infrastructure along Midland Avenue. Disciplines of work will include, but are not limited to: planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and community outreach. Multi-disciplinary consultant teams should form which have experience necessary for the scope and working within downtown environments.
