Description

Scope of Work: The scope of the work, without limiting the generality thereof, shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, plants, and supervision to provide: staging or lift, including trimming of tree branches as needed for access; removal of approximately 26 squarefeet of loose and deteriorated decorative cast masonry veneer units, salvage intact units for reinstallation; repair or repoint brick wythe behind and provide masonry ties in the brick wythe; reinstall approximately 26 square feet of salvaged decorative cast masonry veneer units, matching the pink-red mortar color; and any other work as described in the Drawings and Specifications or as required to complete the work.
