Superstructure Replacement Parkview Dr. & Palmer Ave. over Addison Creek

The proposed superstructure replacements for Parkview Ave over Addison Creek (SN 016-7611) and Palmer Drive (SN 016-7620) are located in the City of Northlake, Cook County. The total gross and net project length is 281.6 feet (0.053 miles). Superstructure replacement with substructure repairs, with concrete approach slabs on Parkview Drive over Addison Creek and on Palmer Avenue over Addison Creek in Northlake The work consists of bridge superstructure removal and replacement (PCC deck beams), concrete substructure repair, concrete approach slabs, traffic control, construction layout, removal and replacement of concrete approach sidewalk, and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements as shown on the plans and described herein. Construction is anticipated to take 65 Working Days. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to June 2023.
