FWS Minnesota Valley NWR - Security System Upgrade

The Bloomington Visitor Center (VC) building has a DMP XR 500 access control/burglar alarm panel. The keypads need to be upgraded and additional components (strobe lights, sirens, glass break sensors, etc.) added to the system. All of the system components should be fully tested with the system connected to local alarm monitoring company. Option for a video intercom at the delivery door and the main admin door. Upgrade the locking mechanisms on the exterior doors and tie them into an access control system. Upgrade the interior electronic door locks to be compatible with the access control system. Replace all existing cameras with IP based cameras and install a network video recorder (NVR) with the capacity to record RECOGNITION LEVEL images and store them for 30 days. Capture license plate information at the driveway.
