| Description | Providing design services for a 20,000+/- square foot 2-story state of the art facility and innovation facility hub adjacent to the existing Vernon E. Hargray Complex in Historic Miramar. The scope of work will include reception area, business resource and incubator space, art incubator space (digital and photography), training/conference rooms, classrooms and labs, administration offices, multi-purpose room, flexible open shell space, restrooms, and equipment storage area. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City. |
