| Description | The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the demolition and removal of the HVAC components and subsequent replacement with new equipment. Additionally, a new DOAS unit is to be provided and a new Controls System is to be installed. Refer to Drawings. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A five percent (5%) bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Successful contractor will be required to provide a one hundred percent (100%) payment and one hundred percent (100%) performance bond as well as an insurance certificate fulfilling requirements as stated in the bid documents.
