Security Alarm Monitoring Services

SAIF is an independent public corporation created by the Oregon Legislature, with headquarters located at 400 High Street SE, in Salem, Oregon. SAIF is the market leader in the provision of workers' compensation insurance for Oregon employers, insuring more than 600,000 workers through policies with over 54,000 employers. SAIF also has regional offices in Bend, Eugene, Medford, North Bend, and Portland. As of December 31, 2021, SAIF employed 1,069 persons. NOTE: Contractor shall Investigate glass breakage occurring during the monitoring hours specified above. Upon receiving notice of glass breakage during any of the times specified above, Contractor shall immediately notify the SAIF facility representative, who may request that Contractor investigate the report of glass breakage and take such action as SAIF's facility representative may request. SAIF will designate individuals as "facility representatives" for the purpose of receiving telephone notice of events described above. Upon receiving notice of an alarm, Contractor shall attempt to contact the first individual listed and, if no response is received, Contractor shall immediately attempt to contact the second individual, followed by the third, fourth, or fifth individual, until a response is received. If no response is received from any of the individuals named, Contractor shall wait three minutes and repeat the process until an individual responds.
