Searcy Carport Enclosure

Remove existing metal siding material. Fabricate enclosure with wood 2×4 framing spaced on 24 inch centers. Using pressure treated material for sill plates anchored at 48 inch maximum spacing. Furnish and install one 12 foot wide automatic garage door and one 36 inch steel man door and frame on North wall of building. Exterior wall sheathing 5/8 inch OSB covered with house wrap membrane. Interior wall sheathing 11/32 inch sanded pine plywood trimmed with ¼ x 1-1/2 inch lath strips at butt joints. Wire and install six LED overhead shop lights. Wire and install two receptacles on each side wall at a height of four foot. Install aluminum sill plate flashing. Install vinyl siding on exterior walls to match existing. Caulk and paint entire interior walls and ceiling excluding brick wall. Paint exterior door and frame.
