The existing restroom facility is in disrepair, the County is in search of a sustainable, efficient, low-maintenance all-season solution that will 1) utilize in-floor radiant (electric) heat to provided heated restrooms throughout the winter months, 2) maintain ADA compliance 3) utilize existing water and sewer lines.
