Clay Community Schools Multiple Small Miscellaneous Projects - Bid Release 4.2 Northview Athletic Facility Renovation

Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Emailed of faxed bids will not be accepted. Separate Bid Proposals are requested for the scopes of work described in 01 12 00 Multiple Contract Summary. Bid Proposals shall include all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, hoisting, services, and transportation necessary to complete the Scope of Work. The Owner is a tax-exempt institution and Indiana State Sales Tax for products permanently incorporated in Work shall not be included as part of the Bid or on any Application for Payment. All Bidders must comply with all state and federal non-discrimination laws. Responsive bidders may not have an active dispute, claim, or litigation with the Owner. All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under multiple Prime Contracts based on Bid Proposals received and on combinations awarded. Award of Contracts will be in accordance with Indiana Public Bidding Laws. The Owner reserves their right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding contracts or issuing Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be held accountable for the Bidding Documents in their entirety, the complete Drawing and Specification package and any Addenda.
