Description

The Kansas Adjutant General's Department through the Kansas Army National Guard has directed interior finish, safety, and mechanical improvements at the Hiawatha Readiness Center. Remedial actions comply with the U.S. Department of the Interior Preservation Brief for treatment of Level II Repair and Corrective Action and Level III Replacement/Alterations. Project Location: 108 1st St, Hiawatha, Kansas 66434 ANNOUNCEMENT OF REQUEST FOR BIDS: A. The Secretary, Department of Administration announces his request that Bids be submitted for the following construction: ADJUTANT GENERAL'S DEPARTMENT HIAWATHA READINESS CENTER SUSTAINMENT REPAIRS BLDG NO.: 03400-00086 HIAWATHA, KANSAS 66434 A-014779 B. Award, when made, will be single Contract for the "Project as a whole" including all Work for total construction. 1.2 RECEIVING, PUBLIC OPENING AND READING OF BIDS: A. Sealed bids will be received by the Deputy Director, Procurement and Contracts, Department of Administration, Suite 451S, 900 S.W. Jackson Street, Topeka, Kansas 66612 until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on May 30, 2023 and will at that time and place be publicly opened and read aloud. 1.3 ELECTRONIC BID DOCUMENTS: A.
