Phase 3A Housing Abatement (62 Duplexes) TSTC in Waco

The work specified in this RFP herein shall be the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials by competent persons; trained, knowledgeable and qualified in the techniques of abatement, handling and disposal of asbestos containing and asbestos contaminated materials and the subsequent cleaning of contaminated areas, who comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations and are able and willing to perform the work of this contract.
