Description

The project consists of the complete reconstruction of 1st Street Court, 2nd Street Court, and a portion of 27th Avenue to a paved street with curb and gutter, watermain & water service replacement, storm sewer replacement, driveway replacement, and other applicable work. Bid options for PCC pavement and HMA pavement are included. Work quantities include, but not limited to, approximately 1,490 LF of 8” watermain, 526 LF of storm sewer replacement, 4,418 SY of pavement with curb and gutter, driveway replacement and other related construction items.
