Sealing of window gaskets at all window corners (Administration Building addition only). 8. Pressure washing of building exterior. 9. Application of transparent waterproofing to brick and masonry. 10. Remediation of through wall flashing in designated areas. 11. Alternate #1: Reglazing of all windows (Administration Building addition only).
