Description

Design and installation of a pre-engineered steel pavilion with concrete slab floor, the pavilion is to be located within Fletcher Park along Pardee Road south of Nortline Road. The proposed pavilion is to be designed and provide signed sealed drawings and include electrical openings in all columns with conduit run to each column for future electrical service. The 4” concrete slab is to extend 12” past the drip edge of the eaves and include 4” 21aa stone base. The City is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Supplier/Contractor to perform all necessary construction of a non-supervised public park. This project is Federally Funded through HUD Community Development Block Grant.
