The NAICS code & evaluation criteria/Basis for Award has been updated to reflect the vital importance for a qualified electrical contractor versus a concrete contractor. Please reference the SOW for specific project requirements. The site visit has also been moved from Wednesday, 24 May / 1000 AM to Thursday, 25 May / 1000 AM. Pease note that a firm-fixed priced contract is anticipated and is subject to the Davis Bacon Act. Wage Determination NY20230002, dated Feb 24, 2023 is applicable.
