Description: Maine State Project No. WIN 018984.00 and Maine Federal Project No. 2236200, WIN 022362.00 Location: In Aroostook County, Caribou Stream Bridge is located on Bridge Street approximately 50 feet southerly of Water Street junction. In Somerset County, Forks Bridge is located on US Route 201 approximately 100 feet northwesterly of Lake Moxie Road. Scope of Work: Caribou Stream Bridge and Forks Bridge Rehabilitation projects plus other incidental work. Each Bid must be made upon blank forms provided by the Department and must be accompanied by a bid bond at 5% of the bid amount or an official bank check, cashier's check, certified check, certificate of deposit, or United States postal money order in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, payable to Treasurer, State of Maine as a Bid guarantee. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price, will be required of the successful Bidder.
