AS2 or AS4 (formally 6S) ANTI-SKID – State approved and non-approved – 1,000 ton more or less. 3. 2RC GRAVEL – 100% crushed price per ton delivered, tailgate spread,and at the pit. 4. 2RC GRAVEL – crushed from 100% parent rock material, price per ton delivered, tailgate spread, and at the pit. 5. 2A GRAVEL – crushed from 100% parent rock material, price per ton delivered, tailgate spread, and at the pit. 6. AS3 (formally 1B STONE) WASHED - 1,500 ton more or less – price per ton delivered and at the pit. 7. BANK RUN GRAVEL – price per ton delivered and at the pit. 8. RIP-RAP, R4/R8 price per ton delivered to site.ALL OF THE ABOVE MUST BE MARKED ON THE BID IF IT IS STATE APPROVED OR NON-APPROVED. ANYTHING NOT MARKED WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-APPROVED. 9. Dust control product for graveled roads – price per gal delivered to the township building and spread on roads. All necessary DEP permits must be provided. 10. EQUIPMENT: Prices per hour, 8-hour minimum with and without operator, for: bulldozer, backhoe, dump trucks, (Act 46) crusher, screen and steel wheeled roller. 11. DIESEL and GASOLINE – price per gal delivered to the township. 12. SLUICE PIPE and BANDS – 12” to 36” price delivered to the township. 13. DSA (Driving Surface Aggregate) – 1,000 tons more or less.
