Description

DCAMM Certificate. This project consists of renovation of existing grease traps of the kitchen facility, including the abandoning of the existing 1,000-gallon grease trap serving the kitchen cooking area. The existing grease trap shall be emptied, cleaned, and backfilled with expandable fill material; furnishing and installing 3 new floor mounted point of use grease traps and 1 grease trap below the floor; all associated piping and supports required for a complete installation. Trenching and concrete floor cutting shall be provided as required to install the buried grease trap; new concrete trenches shall be backfilled, and concrete floor shall be replaced and match existing finishes.
