Artificial Turf Replacement - Wagener field at Monongalia County Ballpark

West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (BOG) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (WVU or University) is initiating this Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors for the removal and disposal of existing turf field and the installation of new synthetic turf field and new rubber/sand infill for the Wagner Field at Monongalia County Ball Park. Provide labor and materials for the removal and disposal of existing turf field and the installation of new synthetic turf field (approximately 133,000 SF) with new rubber/sand infill. Base bid includes removal and replacement of clay pitching mound with turf pitching mound for game field and both bullpens. West Virginia University (University) reserves the right to extend the contract at its sole discretion and the contract is subject to the availability of funds during the term. The University also reserves the right to cancel or to reissue the RFP, in whole or in part, prior to execution of a contract. Question Deadline 07/17/2023 at 12:00 PM ET
