Description

The Village of Rantoul Community Development Department is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of the Village owned, 2-story building, located at 119 E Sangamon Avenue, Rantoul. The Village seeks a qualified developer to purchase and improve the vacant 2-story building. The Village will consider all proposals that contemplate rehabilitation of the property and are compatible with the Downtown neighborhood and with adopted codes. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
